Most training fails for one of two reasons. It is generic, so nobody can apply it on Monday. Or it is delivered once to whoever was free that week, and the practice leaves with them.
Ours is taught by the people who do the delivery work, on the toolchain you actually run, and it is claimable against your HRDF levy — so the cost question is usually smaller than it first appears. [Draft copy]
